Eventact is an online event management platform for event organizers. Eventact applications, websites, and online service ( the "system" or "eventact platform") allow our customers, event organizers (hereinafter: the "organizers") to create event websites, registration forms, and various other forms, build event applications, build social communities around events, collect payments, promote events, invite and register potential event guests, check-in event guests, an send email, SMS and push messages to event participants and potential event participants (hereinafter: "participants")

The Eventact platform allows organizers to collect and process various information, including personal information.

The information is usualy gathered from participants when they fill online registration forms and use the Event application. The event organizer may also upload information from other sources to the Eventact platform. For example, using the Eventact platform, the organizer can gather and process names, job titles, company names, email addresses, phone numbers, professional interests, bios, images, and profile pictures.

Eventact use of personal information collected using the system is limited to providing the service for the organizers, improving our services and products, or as required or permitted by law. Eventact provides event organizers the means to control the type of information to be requested from participants, and how long to store it in the system. However, Eventact does not have control over the way event organizers use the gathered information.

As an event guest or a prospective event guest, your data is under the jurisdiction of the event organizer, who has the authority to maintain, revise, erase, and utilize the data or transfer it based on their Privacy Policy.

Information Collected When Using Eventact Platform or Our Websites

When using Eventact event applications, event websites, or browsing our website, information may be collected about the way you access, use, and interact with features in the system, the device you use, the location of the computer through which you accessed the system, its IP address and more (hereinafter: the "Information"). EventAct may store the information on its servers.

Eventact Use of Data

Eventact use of participant data, as well as the data organizers provide during the process of adding potential participants to the system, will be done according to the Eventact privacy policy or in accordance with the provisions of any law - for the following purposes:

Cookies

Cookies are small files that can be stored on an end user's device. Eventact uses cookies for efficiency and ongoing operation of the system.
