Overview
Eventact empowers organizers to gather real-time feedback from the audience through polls.
These polls are interactive surveys or questions that allow organizers and presenters to instantly collect attendees' feedback,
views, and preferences. Each poll consists of a question and a list of possible answers.
Features
- Multiple Distributions: Organizers can distribute the same poll multiple times, such as at the beginning and end of a lecture, to gauge changes in audience opinion.
- Event App Integration: Polls are a feature of the Eventact Event App and are managed through the Eventact back office.
- Accessibility: Attendees can respond to polls using a mobile phone, web browser, and internet connection without installing additional apps or software.
- Instant Sharing: Organizers or speakers can share results with the audience instantly.

Step 3 - Attendee Participation
- Attendees can access the poll using the provided link or scanning the QR code.
- Upon logging into the event app (required once per event), attendees can submit their responses.
