To create a new message, click on "Messages" in the Registration section toolbar.
On the opened page, you will see either an empty table or a list of previously created messages.
When creating a new message, you need to compose both the subject and body. You can choose different fonts, add styles, and include links, tables, and images in your message. This can be done using a simple editor or by adding raw HTML code.
Adding tokens will pull the data that was entered or chosen by the registrant. If you need guidance regarding tokens, please refer to the section "What are Tokens?"
You can also set rules to send this message automatically, such as after registration.
To send messages to registrants, navigate to the registrant's view by clicking on "Registrants" in the Registration section toolbar. Select the registrants who should receive the message, or click "Select All" to include everyone in the active report. After selecting the recipients, click on "Bulk Actions" and then "Quick Send." Choose the message template you want to send. You can also choose to send the message only to those who haven't received it yet.
Alternatively, you can click on "Send Message..." instead of "Quick Send" to preview the message before sending it. This option is recommended when sending messages to multiple registrants for the first time.
Tokens are placeholders that represent data derived from fields used in forms. They allow you to dynamically insert personalized information into messages, documents, and reports.

When you want to send a message to all registrants, you can include the token {Account.First Name}. This ensures that each registrant receives an email or SMS with their name, as provided during registration.
